Contract
The first payment of at least 50% of the contract value is paid at the time of signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) – no later than 30 (thirty) days before JAGUANK carries out the work – as a down payment (order fee/advance payment).
The remaining 50% payment must be made no later than the day of the JAGUANK performance. If payment is not received by the start of the performance, JAGUANK reserves the right to cancel the performance. The deposit will become JAGUANK's property.
*All taxes are borne by the organizing committee. The amounts below do not include transportation, accommodation, and meals.
Production Team
- The JAGUANK team is accompanied by 2 team members, 1 manager, and 1 team official.
- Providing event publicity services. Photo materials and JAGUANK logos for publication must be confirmed in advance with our management.
- Provide at least one Liaison Officer who always accompanies the group according to the organizing committee's schedule.
- Providing a Medical Care Unit that is always on standby, especially during performances.
- Provide or prepare adequate waiting rooms at the event venue.
- Issues identity cards for the entire JAGUANK group upon request.
- Conducting special briefings regarding the event implementation system before the show begins.
- The organizer is responsible for all security and safety of the JAGUANK group.
- Backstage needs during sound check and performance: Small towels, tissues, snacks, mineral water, coffee, heavy meals/rice, or can be donated in cash to JAGUANK.
ACCOMMODATION
The Event Committee Provides:
- A minimum four-star hotel (including breakfast) located relatively close to the event venue to facilitate mobility during the event preparation period for all JAGUANK group members.
- The organizers are responsible for providing lunch and dinner for all members and crew. Meals are served at agreed-upon times before and after the show, or can be donated in cash to JAGUANK.
TRANSPORTATION
A) The event organizer provides several trolleys or a crew team to help with mobility in the process of transporting musical instruments, because musical instruments are heavy.
B) The event organizer provides transportation or can be handed over in cash to JAGUANK with the nominal value that we have proposed:
- Land transportation (Hiace car) to the airport for a round trip (Padang Panjang - Minangkabau Padang International Airport) or a replacement fee of 200 USD .
- Round trip airfare (including airport taxes and 20 kg/person personal baggage),
- Additional baggage for musical instruments with a minimum weight of 25 kg/person can be reported later according to the performance requirements.
- Additional Luggage Wrapping for musical instruments or replacement fee of 100 USD
- Ground transportation plus driver for Team personnel and Musical Instruments, on standby for all JAGUANK activities during the contract period or appropriate replacement money for these needs.
Therefore, this rider is made as information regarding the standardization of JAGUANK's appearance during the contract period between JAGUANK and the show organizer.
